ADDitude magazine is the quarterly consumer publication about attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD and ADHD) created and distributed by New Hope Media in New York City. It contains feature and service articles about ADD, ADHD, and learning disabilities such as dyslexia and addresses topics including diagnosing ADHD in children and adults, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder treatments, parenting children with ADHD, learning disabilities and school challenges, and living with adult ADD.

DDP, or Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, is a treatment for families with adopted or fostered children who had experienced neglect and abuse in their birth families and suffered from significant developmental trauma. DDP is based on and brings together attachment theory, what we understand about developmental trauma, the neurobiology of trauma, attachment and caregiving, intersubjectivity theory, and child development. The family-based therapy helps children learn to trust and involves the child with his or her caregivers.

ETC is an attachment-rich community focused program that exists to support, resource, and educate caregivers. ETC’s resources and trainings are especially helpful for caregivers of children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), toxic stress, and maltreatment. NYSETF was originally formed as a local task force in the Capital Region and focused on improving the educational outcomes of students with disabilities. The task force purposefully promoted participation and collaboration among all stakeholders, including parents, advocates, attorneys, school personnel, service providers, educators, government representatives and individuals with disabilities.
