Meet the Unlimited Potential Team

  • Brien Hollowood
    Executive Director

    Brien joined Unlimited Potential in 2000. Before coming that, he was the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Albany Medical Center. He also served as Vice President of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and worked as Communications Aide to former State Senator Joe Bruno. 

    He is a graduate of SUNY Oswego, and the Institutes for Organization Management and Leadership Saratoga. Brien has been awarded the Lisa Niles Community Leadership Award and has been recognized by the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation for his community involvement.

  • Lorraine Gardephe
    Evaluator & School-to-Work Transition Coordinator

    Lorraine joined Unlimited Potential in 1999 as a Vocational Counselor. She later was promoted to Vocational Evaluator in 2002 and in 2015 assumed additional outreach services as the School-to-Work Transition Coordinator.

    Lorraine earned her B.S. degree education (pre-K through grade 6) the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. She is currently the newsletter chair for Saratoga County Citizens Committee for Mental Health (SCCCMH), a local community organization concerned about the wellbeing of those with mental illness, where she has been an active board member since 2003.

  • Tracy McIntyre
    Community Specialist

    Tracy has been working at Unlimited Potential since 2000. She previously served on the board for the youth center, ran a family-care home, was a mental health worker for Four Winds, past president and later chair of board of directors for a volunteer emergency squad, a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, and assisted in the day-to-day operations of the Friendship Connection.

  • Jennifer Myers
    Director of Production

    Jenn joined Unlimited Potential in 2005. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the human services field in addition to running a family business.

    Before coming to Unlimited Potential, Jennifer worked for Transitional Services Association for 10 years as Director of the Supported Housing Program in addition to positions as mental health counselor, program supervisor, and AOT Intensive Case manager. She is a graduate of SUNY Albany.

  • Erin Strattman
    Director of Rehabilitation

    Erin joined Unlimited Potential in 2007 after graduating from SUNY Albany with a degree in psychology. She began with the company as an Employment Counselor, working in that position until 2014, where she was promoted to her current position.
